Halton Region Vaccine Program

To get the latest information on Halton Region’s COVID-19 Vaccine Program including who is currently eligible, transportation options and how to book an appointment, please visit Website is being updated as the program progresses, and residents are asked to check regularly for the latest information.

First Dose
  • Individuals who are 12 years of age and older who live, work or go to school in Halton Region who have not yet received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine are eligible to book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment through Halton’s online booking system
Second Dose
  • Any individual who has received a first dose already is eligible to book an appointment for a second dose as early as 28 days later for Pfizer and Moderna or as early as 8 weeks later for AstraZeneca
  • Youth Vaccination Program - Individuals 12 to 21 years of age who live or attend school in Halton and are returning to elementary or secondary school in September are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer)
  • Halton residents can call 311 if they require booking support but please only call 311 if you are unable to book online to ensure those residents requiring support can be assisted
  • appointments are available for 9 clinic sites in the City of Burlington, Town of Oakville, Town of Milton and Town of Halton Hills
  • transportation options are available for residents if required; call 3-1-1 for further information
Accessibility and Accommodation
  • American Sign Language interpretation is available and provided by a remote video interpretation service
  • wheelchairs are available at each of the clinic sites
  • language interpretation services are available by telephone on site for residents who do not speak English

Ontario Pharmacy Vaccine Program

Select pharmacies across Halton region are booking appointments for Prizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Residents can get a vaccine through participating pharmacies if you are:
  • 12 or older on the day of your appointment to get the Pfizer vaccine
  • 18 or older on the day of your appointment to get the Moderna vaccine
  • you must have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification
  • most pharmacies require appointments ahead of time and some allow walk-ins. Check with the pharmacy before you go.
  • contact a participating pharmacy near you to book an appointment
