Description and Service Details
Description (Service) | The Youth Diversion Program offers an alternative to formal court proceedings for youth (ages 12–17) who commit less serious offences. It supports early intervention, accountability, and restorative outcomes under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (as an Extra Judicial Measure). Eligible Offences Include:
