Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Resilient Minds is an evidence-informed, peer-to-peer, skill-building program designed by and for first responders and direct service/care providers to develop strategies to manage occupational stress and enhance personal resilience.

Various adaptations of the program are available for firefighters, Indigenous first responders, wildland firefighters, Emergency Communications Operators, and community workers.
