Provides accessible, compassionate primary care services to adults 18+ who are seeking support for their mental health and overall well-being

  • primarily group-based
  • are evidence-based
  • focus on creating specific skills that support the achievement of goals
  • aim to decrease distress, increase functioning and foster independence

Eligibility

Ages: 18 year(s) and up

Subject to an assessment by one of our Psychotherapists

  • live in Burlington or surrounding areas or have a family physician located in Burlington (must be a resident of Ontario)
  • are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues related to one or more of the following:
    • ‍anxiety and anxiety-related disorders (e.g., OCD, social phobia, panic disorder)
    • depression
    • attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
    • post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
    • perinatal (pregnant or have given birth within the past year) depression or anxiety related to the challenges of motherhood
