Description (Service)	Oakville Public Library partners with several local organizations to offer assistance to newcomers: HMC Connections Achev Newcomer Information Centre The Centre for Skills Development Regular programs include: Settlement Services for Newcomers to Canada Citizenship Information Sessions Newcomer Conversation Circle (English and French) Other newcomer specific programs may be offered from time to time
