| Description (Service) | The Halton Region Community Investment Fund (HRCIF) supports a wide range of non-profit human service programs that enhance the health, safety and well-being of Halton residents, by providing one-year and multi-year grants to programs and initiatives through two categories of funding and is part of Halton’s overall approach to community safety and well-being planning.
