Services offered at this location include: 
 
Baby's Best Beginnings

• focused on providing counselling, case management, advocacy, and psychoeducation to women with addictions who are pregnant or parenting children under the age of 6 yrs old
• an outreach model that is low-barrier and meets the individuals’ defined goals and needs. 
• individual or group addiction treatment counselling
• pregnant women have priority access to a residential treatment bed at Hope Place Centres: Women's Residential Addiction Treatment in Milton (12 step and abstinence based) 
• outreach counselling may be available to women in their homes and/or community 

P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S Family Program

• funded by United Way Halton Hamilton, offers free and confidential counselling and psychoeducation to individuals, couples and families uniquely impacted by addiction
• weekly family peer support sessions and counselling sessions work on your self-defined goals

Peer Support Services

• offer two programs: His Strength Men’s Support and Her Strength Women’s Support
• facilitators provide peer services to individuals looking for opportunities to connect, receive space to share experiences and gain access to a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental community
• funded in part by United Way Hamilton and Halton

Staff at the Outpatient Centre in Oakville are available to make presentations about Hope Place Centres' services 
 
Hope Place Centres also operates 2 residential treatment centres:

• Hope Place Centres: Men's Residential Addiction Treatment
• Hope Place Centres: Women's Residential Addiction Treatment

A phone call starts the process with a telephone screening then an appointment is made with the client to develop an individualized treatment plan
