On-street Parking

• Town does not allow permanent on-street parking
• maxium three hours parking
• Town by-laws prohibits the following parking without a permit:
  • from 2 am-6 am, Nov 15 to Apr 15 (areas south of Dundas Street)
  • from 2 am-6 am, all year (north of Dundas Street) 

Paid On-street Parking Permits

• paid temporary on-street parking permit program for residences south of Dundas Street
• allows parking on street for longer than 3 hours or between 2 am and 6 am

Paid Parking

• available in all municipal parking lots and garages, metered spaces and pay-by-plate machines in Downtown Oakville, Kerr Village and Bronte Village
• parking is free after 6 pm and on Sundays & holidays in all paid parking areas

Disputing a Parking Ticket
