Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	A military-based youth program co-sponsored by the Halton Regional Police Service and the Oakville Historical Society youth participants in the Army Cadets remain civilians throughout their involvement in the program and there is no obligation or expectation to join the military at any time Activities include: Brass and Reed Band overnight camping marching zip-lining map/compass and GPS training canoeing marksmanship weekend exercises mountain biking personal fitness March Break, national, international trips confidence-building activities Uniforms, day and overnight activities, band participation and summer camp free of charge
