Description and Service Details
| Description (Service) | A program of Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre, supporting the community below Upper Middle and above QEW, between Trafalgar Rd and 16 mile creek. Offering supports to the immediette community and bringing together multiple agencies to provide full wrap around supports to people struggling with addiction, mental health, housing and low income to reduce overdose, move unhoused into housing and provide support to get people back on their feet with dignity.
