Through the power of storytelling, aims to bridge the gap between traditional mental health resources and innovative, psychosocial support models, by sharing diverse personal stories to help others discover they are not alone, and recovery is possible

All Unsinkable programs are digital first and designed for accessibility

Youth Program (aged 16-26)

Storytelling Program

  • while working with the Unsinkable team, people are encouraged, coached, and supported to share their stories of courage, resilience, bravery, transformation, recovery, and hope
  • a platform for young people, athletes, celebrities, and the amazing human beings who live next door to share their experiences and perspectives

Community Champions Program

  • leaders of our mental health movement, and work towards educating, connecting, and empowering people
  • shown tremendous commitment in the field of mental health advocacy
  • supported to accomplish mental well-being goals as ambassadors of the Unsinkable community
