Description (Service)

Registered charitable foundation providing support to children and families with chronic pain

Services include:

  • virtual support groups
  • wellness support sessions for those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HDS), and its related conditions including chronic pain or other Heritable Connective Tissue Disorders 
  • pain and educational resources
  • crisis lines and mental health resources
  • agency cannot provide medical or pharmaceutical advice and does not endorse any one method of treatment for people suffering from chronic pain
  • academic and research partnerships

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Dates

Peer events are held monthly at various locations * call or visit the website to learn about and participate in upcoming events

Meetings

Support sessions are about one-hour long * advanced registration is required * 18 participants per week are the maximum * Zoom link will be sent to members one week before each session * support groups do not replace professional care
