Description (Service) |
- on-site respite house at Bond St in Oakville in a separate house and serves individuals with multiple needs from over the age of five (serving families of Halton, Peel, Dufferin, Waterloo, Wellington Regions)
- provides non-emergency respite for families and caregivers for the weekend, or up to a week at a time
- recreation focused taking into consideration the needs of the individuals currently utilizing the program
- provide relief both in and out of the home

- individuals under the age of 18 require a CWSDS application form to be completed
- individuals over the age of 18 require a Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) package * to determine eligibility for services and complete an assessment prior to a referral to an agency such as CWSDS, contact DSO at 1-888-941-1121
