Group exercise and falls prevention classes for people with mobility issues * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls * classes run by kinesiologist
- 12 Week Falls Prevention Program - registration required
- 12 Week Osteoporosis Primary Program - registration required
- General Exercise - Osteoporosis Secondary (intended for participants who have completed Osteoporosis Primary and is geared towards building muscle, improving balance and preventing bone loss)
- General Exercise - Intermediate - Movement matters (drop-in)
- General Exercise - Advanced - Pump it up (drop-in)
- General Exercise - Seated Tai Chi Class (drop-in)
- General Exercise - Seated dance (drop-in)
- General Exercise - Seated yoga (drop-in)
- General Exercise - Simply Stretch (drop-in)
