Description (Service)	Multicultural Youth Helpline and Services youth and family situation professional and culturally relevant assessment and intervention identification of root causes, issues, and challenges support plan development stay-in-school initiatives assists youth to remain and succeed in school development of relationship between schools, families, and communities assistance of addressing the needs of diverse school populations parent and family support assists families better understand and address challenges experienced by children, youth, and family systems navigation assistance promote access to appropriate professional mainstream health and related services with a focus on early, pre-crisis support helps address barriers of access to needed mainstream services
Hours	Helpline: Mon-Sun 9 am-10 pm
