Free drug plan with no drug costs, no deductibles, nocopays. $1000 per person for 12 months from the enrolment date (can reapply).Medications eligible under the program are delivered to your home address orclosest Canada Post location free of charge. The list of medications coveredunder the program is comprehensive and is considered an 'essential list'. Somedrugs may require pre-approval (i.e., brand name medications).

• A resident of Ontario
• Ages of 25 - 64
• Currently employed
• Need or anticipate the need for prescription medications to treat a medical condition
• Not enrolled in a private or employee prescription drug plan
• Not enrolled in, or eligible for, prescription drug coverage through a public program in Ontario
• Have an income meeting low-income criteria
