Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Free drug plan with no drug costs, no deductibles, no copays. $1000 per person for 12 months from the enrolment date (can reapply). Medications eligible under the program are delivered to your home address or closest Canada Post location free of charge. Eligible medications are supplied by GreenShield Pharmacy and delivered free of charge. The list of medications covered under the program is comprehensive and is considered an 'essential list'.

Eligibility	A resident of Ontario Ages of 25 - 64 Currently employed Have a combined household net income that does not exceed the program's threshold Not enrolled in a private or employee prescription drug plan, regardless of the level of coverage available Not enrolled in a provincial drug program in Ontario including Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program. Individuals enrolled in Trillium Drug Program who want to inquire about participation should contact GreenShield Pharmacy or the program Specialist
