Description (Service)	TICO will address a complaint only after the consumer has made an attempt to resolve the matter directly with the travel agency and/or travel wholesale answers consumers' inquiries mediates complaints arising from purchases from registered travel agencies claims against the Ontario Travel Compensation Fund cessation of an airline or cruise line
