Description (Service)	Confidential, anonymous and free helpline for Muslim women across North America: offers mental health support and peer counselling in English, French, Arabic, Urdu and Somali offers peer-to-peer counselling, support in creating action plans, referrals, emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to women volunteers needed
Hours	Mon-Sun 8 am-12 midnight
